  1. reading this piece (which I like), & other similar pieces, makes me imagine what a computer would sound like were it able to articulate all of the different processes that go on inside the machine. Definitely a type of music to it! (even if kinda skronk-y!)

  2. You know there are people who have animated the internal process - forget who was doing that, but it was breathtaking. This is a condensation from probing info.cern.ch when the announcement came out about their reopening the first website in the world. Which is online and interesting and at first I couldn't connect because alas the site was bottlenecked, but then I found it and analyzed it a bit through commands like traceroute, ping, dig, etc.
